**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

The top level of the home offers a cavernous living area, complete with a intelligent TV for your entertainment needs. The fully outfitted kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals right at home. The dining area comfortably accommodates 10 guests and includes a high chair for your convenience. Additional seating is available with 6 counter seats. From the top-level deck, you can appreciate beautiful vistas of the ocean and sound. The sunroom provides another cozy space to relax and relax, equipped with a intelligent TV. There is also a convenient half bathroom and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
Moving to the second level, you'll find four attractively appointed bedrooms. Queen bedroom #1 and Queen bedroom #2 both offer ensuite bathrooms and shared deck access, accepting you to enjoy the fresh coastal air and gorgeous vistas. High speed Wifi is an conveniences that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
Interaction with Guests:
