This home is just steps from the private walkway which will take you to either the shining pool, open Memorial Day-Labor Day, or the glorious beach, you can choose which body of water you want to savor first!

When you come back from the beach or pool, you can appreciate lunch or dinner at the farm style dining room table with seating for six, or your own Happy Hour from the wet bar. If you want to eat outside, the living room balcony has an elevated table with a constructed-in cooler.

The open floor plan ensures that nobody is left out of the conversation. Even if you are using the well-equipped kitchen, you can still enjoy conversations with family or friends. This family friendly condo has a completely outfitted bookshelf, DVD cupboard and game shelf for lively evenings and the occasional rainy day.
