The top level features an open and roomy great room, with connecting kitchen and dining room, providing the optimal place to host those family movies or game nights as well as those seafood feasts our beaches are so famed for. For those in the more sporting mood, the lower level comes outfitted with another huge game room, featuring a pool table, wet bar, flat-screen TV, and access out to your family’s own fenced-in private pool and hot tub. Big in size, convenience, and appeal, if you are looking for a calming, revitalizing family vacation, Dot's Dream is a good place to start.

If the mood to discover does strike a member of your family, beyond what’s located in walking distance of Dot's Dream, being at the 13.5 milepost offers the convenience of being located near many of the area's other top attractions, shopping, and eateries. Visit the freshly reconstructed Jennette's Pier to learn more about marine life. Savor shopping at one of the many unique stores and end your day with a magnificent Outer Banks sunset while dining on your favorite fresh seafood supplied in one of our local eateries. If you are feeling especially adventurous and fishing is your thing, take a ride over to Pirates Cove or Oregon Inlet Fishing Center’s to watch the fleet come in with the day’s catch. You can even take a fast spin over to Roanoke Island to check out the Historic Waterfront or Lost Colony in Manteo and even to the south end of the island to the secluded fishing village of Wanchese where the hit TV show “Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks” is filmed. Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is on the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Jockey's Ridge State Park. Destination Fun and Full Throttle Speedway are also worth visiting.
