The elevated living area includes a bright and beachy great room with ocean views and an open kitchen with countertop seating. Down the hall, you will find 3 bedrooms, including a queen en suite with a private bath (shower only), another queen bedroom, a pyramid bunk bedroom, and a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Under Flip Flops is the park-style grill, outdoor shower, enclosed laundry area, and guest storage.

Flip Flops does not include sheets and towels. However, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Ground Level: Parking under house, laundry area and grill. Play area for the kids.

Main Level: Kitchen, living area, dining area, queen en suite with private bath, queen bedroom, bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed, full hall bath. Hot tub is located on the wraparound deck.
