From the central location and proximity to the beach, to the chef's kitchen and the backyard getaway, Beach Haven will take your vacation experience to the next level. Constructed in 2015 and meticulously maintained, this opulent home looks and feels like a new construction. You'll find fresh finishes everywhere you turn, including charming wood floors and LVP throughout - no carpet in this home! After a day at the beach, come home and gather in the open-concept great room while getting dinner started in the kitchen that has it all. Meal prep has never been easier with a double wall oven (one of which is a steam oven), gas cooktop, and even a warming drawer. For your morning cup of joe, use the Keurig or brew an entire pot with the standard coffee maker. The granite countertops, farmhouse sink and huge island with bar seating check all the remaining boxes on your dream kitchen wish list. The wow-factor continues outside to the elegantly landscaped and fenced-in yard. Take a invigorating dip in the saltwater pool or a calming soak in the hot tub - or both! There's also a tiki bar with refrigerator, because you're on vacation and it's 5 o'clock somewhere.

With over 3,600 square feet of living space, Beach Haven can conveniently accommodate multiple or extended families. All five bedrooms include ensuite baths for plenty of privacy. Between the main living area, den and rec room, there's no shortage of space to hang out and make memories. A kitchenette on the ground level is ideal for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs, and includes a second full-size refrigerator. Beach Haven is equipped with an elevator, ideal for guests with mobility issues. Skip the stairs and use it to send suitcases and groceries to the upper levels.

Beach Haven is located in the beautiful community of Old Nags Head Place, a peaceful oceanside neighborhood featuring homes with classic Nags Head style architecture. The Curlew Street public beach access is near the home and offers complimentary parking. Centrally located at milepost 11.5, you'll never have to venture far for shopping, dining and attractions. Walk or bicycle to locals' favorites such as Tortuga's Lie, Waveriders Coffee & Deli and Surfin' Spoon Frozen Yogurt. Need a break from the beach? You can still appreciate the great outdoors during a day at Jockey's Ridge, Dowdy Park or Nags Head Woods - all within a mile radius of Beach Haven. The Nags Head fishing pier is also close by, where you can spend the day casting lines and reeling in whatever's biting. Grab drinks and snacks at Captain Andy's tiki bar or sit down for a meal at the Pier House Restaurant, where they'll prepare and serve up your catch of the day.

  • To get the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • In the Nags Head area, The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
