* The owner of 331, "Bay Watch," greatly values your feedback and is constantly listening to guest needs and making corresponding updates and upgrades to this unit. In addition to the new ductwork and AC that was installed multiple years ago, in 2022, this owner has ripped out remaining wallpaper and re-painted walls as well as replaced the washer and dryer! Look forward to further upgrades for the 2023 rental season!

The L units at The Villas offer the best water vistas of the entire community, and “Bay Watch" is located in the heart of this complex.  Sound-Front, pier front, and directly next to the community pool, clubhouse, picnic area, boat ramp, and kayak rental station, this rental unit's association offers a wealth of amenities.  The master king and queen bedrooms provide expansive water vistas, and the master bedroom features a balcony with a modest sitting area providing open-water vistas and relaxation.  The rest of the rental unit accepts for plenty of space for the entire family to relax after a busy day at the beach.  And as evening sets in, appreciate sitting on the back patio, gazing at an impressive sunset view.

When not spending time beside the ocean, stay in the Villas community and savor crabbing and fishing from the docks and pier, access the boat ramp if you've brought a boat with you, have the kids enjoy the playground, spend a day at the sound-side pool, or take a walk across Jockey's Ridge from The Villa's private path to these dunes.

As for a rainy days on the island, The Villas are located in the heart of the island, close to the movie theater, Nags Head Outlet mall, a wealth of eateries, and so much more!

Downstairs: Living room with Water Vistas and slider access to the Sound-Front Patio, Water-Side Dining Area with slider access to Patio, Kitchen, Washer/Dryer Area, Half Bathroom, and enclosed Water-Side Patio with Furnishings, Grille, and Gated Access to Community Area.

Upstairs: King Master with Water Vistas, Full Master Bathroom, and private access to Sound-Front Balcony, Queen Bedroom with Water Vistas, Twin Bedroom, and Full Bathroom.

Parking: Each unit has one RESERVED parking space. ALL GUEST spaces are first-come, first-serve.

About the Area

Located in Nags Head, this condo is on the waterfront. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Glazin' Go-Nuts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and Island Farm. Destination Fun and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting. With surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Sticking to your rental budget:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Book your Nags Head vacation home in Fall or Spring months to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
