When you aren't swimming in the pool's turquoise water, head to one of the convenient beach access points, located just mins. away. A hang gliding lesson can be booked with Kitty Hawk Kites' Flight School, a calming hike can be taken around Jockey's Ridge State Park, and playful competition can ensue at Lost Treasure Golf.
Decorated in a striking nautical theme, the interior of Ricos Retreat is full of sunlight and modern amenities. The living room is an ideal spot to stream your favorite shows, or participate in a family game nighttime! The kitchen's stainless steel appliances and many nifty gadgets make cooking a breeze, and dining is just as comfortably done at the wooden dining table.
Both of the condo's bedrooms have ceiling fans, soft linens, and ample storage space. The perks don't end there though - also inside you'll discover central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (4 = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.
Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.
Dock details: Community shared dock
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

About the Area
Nags Head is home to this condo. Seaside Art Gallery and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Jennette's Pier and Nags Head Fishing Pier. Destination Fun and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
