“Splash and Go” is a cozy bungalow ideal for modest families on a budget! But you don't miss out on amenities with a private pool and hot tub included in this delightful little bungalow by the sea. Comfy and convenient, it's a great spot for families that want to really spend time together. Great location gives simple access to the beach, and neighborhood streets for cycling, walking or running. Located in Nags Head so Jockey's Ridge State Park is just mins. away. Simple drive to 2 marinas for fishing, and Nags Head Fishing Pier and Jennette's Pier are both a short drive from the home.

Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Nags Head area. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
