Sunset Beach House: Oceanfront home with marvelous ocean vistas, private heated pool, hot tub, pool table & elevator!

Bed Sizes: 6 King, 2 Twin, 2 Bunk Bed

Your three favorite words should be Sunset Beach House! This impressive home by the sea is the ideal cavernous getaway for huge groups, featuring broad indoor and outdoor amenities. The private beach walkway with dune top deck leads you from your private pool area to the pretty Nags Head beaches where you can spend the day calming in the pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee) day or nighttime. Ocean vistas can be appreciated from the mid and top-level decks where you can savor your morning coffee while watching the extraordinary sunrises over the Atlantic. For evening and rainy day entertainment, gather in the rec room or theater room. The roomy great room with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area provides the chefs in the group with all the equipment they need to make some of their favorite meals. Everyone will be sure to appreciate ending their day relaxing in one of the eight en-suite bedrooms. Take advantage of the elevator so groceries and bags will be painless to bring in.

Located in Nags Head where you have fast access to grocery stores, local fine and casual dining options, fishing piers, historical sites, and other local stores and entertainment.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Memorial Day - Labor Day. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. Service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service included by Farmdog Surf School.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
