Located just a few steps from the beach with striking sunrises each morning and handsome sunsets over the Sound at nighttime. For those seeking adventure, we are just mins. from deep-sea fishing charters, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and Bodie Island Lighthouse. Grab a drink, savor a meal at sunset, and spend your time with us!

As soon as you step into this charming four-bedroom, 1800+ square foot beach home, you will be greeted with all the modern amenities you need (including fast WI-FI). You'll be located among handsome boho beach décor that will give you all the feels of beach life. With such an exceptional location, you will be able to appreciate all that the Outer Banks has to offer, without any compromise on comfort.

The entirely equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, and every cooking essential. Slow down and savor family meals together around our huge dining room table. What kind of vacation would it be without coffee? Start each morning off right with the ideal cup from our completely supplied coffee bar (coffee, cream, and sugar included). Swimin’ and A Boatin’ is all about making you feel right at home!

The warm and inviting living room area features attractively curated furnishings and design elements that are sure to ignite the wanderlust within you. The living room is equipped with a TV with every internet channel desired and cable. Or for a more relaxing day, grab a book, get comfortable, and enjoy the beautiful vistas from the cavernous deck.

In the bedrooms, find a soft place to land. We want you to experience a great nighttime of sleep so that you can get back out and keep on exploring!

In the bathrooms, you will find every luxury you need. We offer spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that will leave you feeling refreshed and pampered. We also offer a warm outdoor shower for you to rinse off the sand and salty water at the end of an amazing beach day. Towels and wash clothes are complimentary for each guest.

Lastly, and most importantly, the outdoor space. Wake up early, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise on the deck. Then grab a body board, surf board, or two, some sand toys, the beach towels (that we provide) and use our complimentary beach cart to head to the beach for an spectacular day in the sun. In the evening grille out with the family and enjoy dinner while watching the sun go down over the Sound.
