- In the Nags Head area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in the Nags Head area. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property managers frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
