And when you're ready to go to the beach, get the sand in your toes just 1-Minute North at the Baltic Street Beach Access. Inside on the Ground Level, you'll find not only an Elevator that goes to all levels, but a Game Room with its own Kitchenette with Full-Size Fridge to savor added time with your family. Take advantage of the Laundry Closet with a conveniently-located Washer and Dryer that ensure painless middle-of-the-week washes and fast towel fluffs to get you back out to the beach faster! Get some rest in the King Bedroom with an adjoining shared Bathroom with wide doorways and handicap rails.

On the Middle Level, enjoy your favorite beach read or a cup of coffee on the Covered Deck.
