On the ground level, you'll find a 2-car garage with plenty of space to store your body boards, fishing poles, and other beach gear. The laundry room is also on this level and there's a convenient half-bath accessible from the garage. Outside, an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off all the beach sand before coming inside.

On the middle level, your family will rest comfortably in one of three bedrooms. As you walk in the main entry, a King Master Suite with an attached full bathroom is located to the right, facing the ocean side.
