With ten well-appointed en-suites, there is no shortage of private space and with the many amenities: private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee.), hot tub, private walkway to the beach, rec room with a pool table, media room, and an elevator this home is sure to provide the fun and relaxation everybody will adore.

Beach Access: Convenient private access to the beach from home. Wooden walkway with private gazebo directly behind home.

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings more than 51 Weeks in Advance: This home accepts future year reservations more than 51 weeks in advance. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Memorial Day - Labor Day. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. Service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service supplied by Farmdog Surf School.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Animals. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Nags Head. To find the best value, try shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Nags Head area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
