Have the best of both at this handsome and conveniently located Outer Banks vacation home... a private pool and really painless beach access! "Point of Vistas" is oceanside in a favorite Nags Head neighborhood near Jockey's Ridge called Old Nags Head Place.
Savor the spaciousness and comfort of five bedrooms, four and a half baths, great room, tower room, rec room, multiple decks, covered patio, and fenced-in private pool area. Old Nags Head Place is a nice community with peaceful streets, great for bicycle riding and walking to spots like Nags Head Fishing Pier for breakfast, Tortuga's for lunch or dinner and Snowbird for an ice cream cone in the evening, not to mention the impressive Outer Banks beaches.
Outdoor amenities at "Point of Vistas" include: fenced-in private pool area with patio bar area, hot tub, covered patio with gas grille, sun and shade decks, poolside and deck furnishings for dining and calming, picnic table, beach chairs, and covered parking.
Indoor amenities at "Point of Vistas" include: whirlpool tub, rec room with pool table and full-size refrigerator, TVs, DVD players, WiFi, stereo system, books and board games. Appreciate extras around the home, too, like having a griddle and ice cream maker in the kitchen.
Point of View is oceanside between the roads in Nags Head. Guests will walk just a block to cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.
