With more than 25 years experience and a desire to offer heartfelt services, Rev. Shirley Anne is an Outer Banks marriage officiant. Her business also includes florals, photography and day-of-the-event direction. She offers year-round services from Corolla to Ocracoke and is willing to travel farther south to Wilmington and Emerald Isle on request.
The Reverend marries couples of all faiths offering a wide variety of options and welcomes input.
