Located in a semi-oceanfront heaven, less than 500 feet from the pristine shores of the Nags Head Beaches, you can practically taste the salt in the air as you take in the invigorating ocean breeze. While not directly on the ocean, the semi-oceanfront location still offers striking ocean vistas from select vantage points on the property. You can wake up to the sound of the waves and savor the impressive coastal scenery from any home on the street. Each home comes with its own private hot tub, providing the ultimate relaxation and a serene space to relax after a day of beach activities or exploring the area.

Whether you re planning an intimate beach wedding or simply housing your wedding event, our cottages offer the ideal setting. The cavernous living areas and comfortable accommodations are ideal for preparing for your big day and celebrating with your appreciated ones. Beach Access: Just a fast drive from the home! Head south on Virginia Dare Trail until you reach East Dowitcher where you can park and safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at a Pedestrian crosswalk. Beach access is located at E. Modest Street, which is just a few homes north.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
