After Dune Delight has all the amenities you need to relax and savor a outstanding OBX vacation. Located semi-oceanfront you are just steps away from the handsome Nags Head beaches where you can spend the day basking in the sun, surfing, swimming, maybe even finding some charming sea glass. Grab your morning coffee and appreciate the sunrise over the Atlantic from the top-level sun decks. The great room is comfortable and offers space for everybody to gather to watch their favorite blockbuster movies. The family chef will appreciate the cavernous kitchen that provides all the tools needed to create some delicious meals and with the enormous island with seating for four invites company while the chef creates their magic. The dining area with ocean vistas provides the ideal spot to enjoy a great meal and plan those next-day adventures.

Everyone will find a place to end their day resting with five en-suites and two kids' bedrooms. The roomy covered decks provide the ideal spot to read or listen to your favorite tunes. Kids will appreciate the lower-level rec room where they can play a game of pool, and watch their favorite movies, or shows and the wet bar with a full-size refrigerator makes it ideal to have drinks and snacks on hand. Appreciate some time at the community pool that is only steps away or float in your own private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee.). End the day calming in the hot tub making sure you are ready for more fun exploring the OBX.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the home! Safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at the pedestrian crosswalk at the end of Ocean Watch Court. Head south to Forrest Street to access the beach. Access has a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, outdoor showers and a lifeguard stand (in-season only).

No Smoking/Vaping. No Family Animals. Ocean Watch community pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

2023 - Pools are open (April 1 through Mid-Oct). Heated pools are available April 1 through Memorial Day and Mid-September through Mid-October. Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat. Community pools are Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
