The great room is a comfortable place to gather family and friends for TV viewing and a well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare some delectable meals and plenty of dining space to savor those meals as you plan for your next day's adventures. Kids and adults will appreciate the game room with an air hockey table and TV for entertainment. An array of sleeping arrangements make it painless for everybody to find the right spot to retire for the evening, with two king en suites, and a queen room, and the kids can choose between the twin room or the bunk beds.

Beach Access: Just a fast drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto W Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head south to the Town Hall beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season).

No Smoking/Vaping. No Animals. The fireplace is not operational.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
