The owner has spared no expense on the luxury-style furnishings and top of the line finishes planned throughout. Guests will savor their own cavernous bedrooms, 8 in total, but also adore the charming common living spaces and their comfortable gathering areas that fit the whole family. The kitchen features top of the line appliances, and the dining space invites everybody for what was deliciously prepped there. And don't worry about carrying your groceries up 3 flights of stairs--there is an elevator that services each floor and starts at the second level. The home will have you in awe of its beauty, with ocean vistas right outside its windows to ideally complement the coastal decor. Unwind in peaceful, soundproofed rooms inside or listen to the ocean as the waves crash down onto the shore.

Designed with convenience and comfort in mind, everybody will appreciate their accommodations and excellent vistas. The first level is home to two King En Suites, as well as a den with a king sized bed and private bath. On the home's second level you will find three King En Suites as well as one bunk bedroom that includes 2 sets of Twin over Full bunk beds. Two additional King En Suites reside on the third level.

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
