A well-maintained home overlooking 13th tee, pond, and fairway at Nags Head Golf Links. A non-smoking, non-pet home with a well-stocked kitchen and wireless internet access. The Village of Nags Head amenities include 20% reduced green fees and starting times at Nags Head Golf Links, and free parking, swimming, tennis, and beach access at the Village Beach Club! Also resident and guest-only beach access/parking within three blocks. The Outer Banks Mall and Outback Steakhouse are within a two-minute walk.

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week reservations only. Bedding is not provided for the sleeper sofa.

Community pool dates: First week of May - First week in October. The community pool will be open weekends only until mid-May and will switch to weekends only again mid-September. Please note that the community pool dates and hours of operation are subject to change. Starting in 2024, the Village of Nags Head will no longer offer a shuttle service.

Layout:
Ground Level: King en suite with flatscreen tv and private bath (shower/tub combo).

Mid Level: Queen bedroom with flatscreen tv, 2 twins bedroom with flatscreen TV, hall bath (shower/tub combo), and laundry room.

Top Level: Kitchen, dining area, living area, and outside sun decks.

Overall

Location of home was great. Loved the pool and beach access. Loved the pier on the sound. The kitchen was well equipped as far as dishes pots pans. Quite narrow definitely a kitchen for one person. Beds were fine and living room furniture was fine.

Overall

This was a great house. Loved watching the 13th hole golfers each morning. The kitchen had everything we needed! Most of the beds were comfortable except for the queen size bed.

*Unheated pools are generally open the 2nd week of May – the 2nd week of October each year. Heated pools are generally open the 2nd week of April – the 3rd week of October. The ability of the pool heater to raise the water to the desired temperature may vary based on weather conditions. Extremely cold or windy weather may impact its performance. Heating may take longer than expected under these weather conditions, and the heater may be unable to obtain the expected water temperature. Guests may experience potential deviations from target temperatures. Hot tubs are open year-round, unless otherwise specified. Should you have any questions regarding the pool at your vacation home, please feel free to contact us.
