Light Times is a spectacular custom built home with awesome views of ocean and sound! Relax on the large decks with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise, enjoying the breeze or spotting dolphins. Lounge in the 7 person hot tub or splash in the private saltwater pool! Watch the kids play in the nice sized fenced-in yard or move things indoors for a family game of pool or movie night. No matter what the season this home is perfect for your next family vacation!

The pool is open from the 2nd week of May thru the 2nd week in October.

Close to Jennette's Pier and shopping centers. Enjoy private access to the beach through the Pebble Beach HOA beach access, only a 500-foot walk away down the beach road! Please do NOT use The Sandspur Motel for beach access.

Sheets and towels will be provided for each guest in 2024!

We loved this house! We made good use of the game room and the arcade game was a true novelty to my kids; they loved it. The beds were comfy and the furniture and decor was top notch. The hot tub is a little far from the house so we did not use it as often as we have used hot tubs in other rentals. The location was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall

Enjoyed the house and location. Grass area behind pool had lots of sand burs....not pet friendly. We spent about an hour getting burrs out of our Scotty's feet and legs the first night we were there. The king bed on the top floor was comfy and so were the sofas in the living room. House was very enjoyable. We definitely enjoyed our week there.

Other than needing a few upgrades furniture and tvs it was great! Beds were great but couches need an upgade. Cushions sagged alot and armchairs were very uncomfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of plates cups etc!

We absolutely love this Beach House. Perfect location with ocean views and sound views. The house is very spacious so everyone can have there own space. Of course the hot tub and pool are awesome after a day at the beach. We can't wait to be back in our happy place again. See you soon Light Times!!

The house was a nice upgrade for our yearly vacation! It was affordable in a great location. Comfy beds and sofas. The kitchen was well equipped. Would suggest labeling light switches as well as having someone check that all light bulbs are working before each tenant arrives. We loved having our own pool and that the house was pet friendly. We look forward to next year's return trip!

Loved the pool and hot tub loved having a pool table loved the short walk to the beach access however it would be great to have a better description of where to find peable beach access. To the left of the beach house and directly across from Botty Treats Ice Cream shop. Very small sign so difficult to find. Kitchen was very spacious large amount of counter space all appliances worked well.

We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this house. The location cannot be beat. Within walking distance of all of our favorite restaurants and the outlet mall! The owners must have dogs because this house was perfect for our pooches. Carpeted steps so they don’t slip. High deck railings. But the best part was when you open the back ground-level door to go outside there was a gate you had to go through to get fully outside. Also loved the steps down to the grassy area behind the pool for the dogs. The only negative at all was that the kitchen was missing some essential items but there was enough to make do. We loved being able to see both the ocean and the sound from the upper level. It was too cool for the pool while we were there but it is a lovely pool. Not the fault of the house at all but when we arrived there were dozens of dog poop piles in the back yard. I spent an hour and a half cleaning it up. It was gross. The people in the house before us were obviously not considerate people. In addition to the poop there were cigarette butts broken dishes and various other hazards in the yard. Their dog also had dug a deep hole. I called Sun Realty and they sent someone the next day which was too late to clean up as I had to do that before my dogs could go in the yard but they did fill in the hole. They also replaced the steps down into the yard which I didn’t even mention. We have an ongoing issue where various maintenance people just come onto the property without notice. It is very startling to step out into the back yard and find a man standing there. I have no idea why they can’t ring the doorbell and let you know they are present. Happens every trip but only once on this trip luckily. Overall this house is great for people with dogs or people who like to walk everywhere.

Overall

We absolutely loved staying here. We had 6 adults and a golden retriever. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The ocean view was great. I could lay in bed and see the surf. The pool and hot tub were great. The kitchen was lovely. We especially liked the family sized table to one side of the kitchen and the game table at the other side. We did puzzles and played cards on the game table and didn't have to clear it for meals. There were plenty of books and board games to play. And the pool table on the lower level also provided a lot of entertainment. Having the sheets and towels supplied was a big help.We loved this house so much that we rented it again for 2019! Thanks to the home owners for sharing their lovely home.
