Located in South Nags Head this semi-oceanfront home is equipped with amenities to make your stay a memorable one. Savor floating in your own private pool and do some stargazing from the hot tub in the evening. The great room has plenty of space for everybody to gather for family time watching movies and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare some favorite meals.

Exploring the OBX: Once you spend a week or two at Fireflies you will see why guests return to vacation in South Nags Head where the beaches tend to be a little less busy and you're close to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, and just over the bridge appreciate a day trip to Roanoke Island. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
