First of all, reserving the boat and filling out waivers etc online, made check in extremely easy and fast. Every Nor’banks employee we had contact with, was not only very friendly, but extremely helpful. They gave us great tips on where to take our pontoon to fish, swim, or just hang out. We really had a great time. We will continue to rent a pontoon for all of our visits to OBX. I highly recommend people renting a pontoon, and I highly recommend renting it from Nor’Banks. Matt and Sid were very helpful (thanks for clearing the seaweed out of our propeller!) and fun. They did a good job of making sure we were keeping up without boring the more experienced riders in our group. Towards the end we hit really choppy waves and dark skies and everyone was drenched by the end...it was really fun, but I'm surprised none of us fell off.
